Most roofing materials are delivered on a semi-truck, pre-cut to standard sizes. This often leads to extra seams and wasted material. For the Lindstrom project, we brought our roll-forming mill directly to the job site.
By "rolling out" the roof on-site, we created single, continuous metal panels that run from the ridge of the house all the way to the eaves.
What this means for the homeowner
- Zero Horizontal Seams: Without laps or gaps, there is nowhere for water to back up or ice dams to take hold.
- Exact Fit: Every panel is measured to the fraction of an inch for this specific Lindstrom home.

Built for Minnesota Winters
Lindstrom sits right in the heart of the Chisago Lakes area, meaning heavy snow and fluctuating temperatures are the norm. The standing seam system we installed features concealed fasteners. Unlike corrugated metal or shingles, the screws are tucked away under the metal itself.
As the temperature changes, the metal expands and contracts. Because the panels "float" on specialized clips, the roof stays quiet and leak-proof even during the harshest Minnesota freezes.
