A roll-former is a machine that takes flat metal coil and progressively shapes it into the standing seam panel profile. Most roll-formers are stationary, located in factories. Ours are portable — sized to fit on a flatbed trailer and configurable for different panel profiles.
On a typical residential project, we set up the roll-former at ground level. The crew loads coil, the machine produces panels cut to your specific roof dimensions, and panels go straight from the machine to the roof. On large commercial projects, we set up directly on the roof — eliminating the logistics of lifting hundreds of long panels into position.
