Galvalume 238T Metal Roof Metal Building
Cloquet, MN
Industrial structures in Cloquet require roofing systems that prioritize structural integrity and long-term thermal movement. For this expansive metal building, we installed a Galvalume 238T standing seam roof, a symmetrical panel system specifically designed for high-performance commercial and industrial applications. Unlike traditional asymmetrical panels, the 238T profile allows for individual panel replacement and superior weather-tightness under the heavy snow loads of Northern Minnesota.
We utilized on-site roll forming to manufacture continuous, full-length panels, eliminating the need for lap joints which are the primary cause of leaks in large-scale metal buildings. The natural Galvalume finish provides excellent heat reflectivity and corrosion resistance, ensuring the facility remains energy-efficient and protected for decades. This project represents the pinnacle of industrial roofing—combining rapid installation with an impenetrable, mechanical-lock shield built to withstand the harshest Carlton County winters.
